December - Patrick Cullen, Gonzaga High School
Patrick Cullen, a senior attending Gonzaga High School has been selected as the Maryland Scholastic Hockey League, December "Player of the Month." The 6 foot forward had an oustanding moth scoring 13 goals and 10 assists, with 2 short handed goals.
Patrick who grew up in Ashburn, VA has agreed to play for NCAA Division I hockey's Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute accepting a full-ride scholarship.
November - Neil Rivera, Wilde Lake High School
Neil Rivera of Wilde Lake High School has been selected as the November, 2006 Maryland Scholastic Hockey League "Player of the Month." In only three games, Neil scored 6 goals and had 3 assists. In addition, during the November 17th game Neil scored the game winning goal upsetting perennial powerhouse Centenial.
