MSHL Release Form for 2011-12  Download this form, fill it out, get both the player and parent to sign and give it to the school (keep a copy).  It will authorize the school to release eligibility information to the team, conference, and league.

Transfer Policy
In accordance with the MSHL Rule D. 7, the following are the official transfer policies that the MSHL will follow:

Anne Arundel
Frederick
Howard
Montgomery
Eastern Shore Schools (Bayside Conference schools)

In all jurisdictions, a student-athlete may transfer from private to public without penalty.  Please consult the above policy before calling your Commissoner.
