Transfer PolicyIn accordance with the MSHL Rule C. 8, the following are the official transfer policies that the MSHL will follow:

MIAA
WCAC
Anne Arundel
Frederick
Howard
Montgomery(more to come)

In all jurisdictions, a student-athlete may transfer from private to public without penalty.  Public - Private or Private - Private may subject the student-athlete to penalties.  Please consult the above policy before calling the Commissoner.
